Significantly, inclusion in the Top 50 Global M&A Dealmakers editorial list is an endorsement of the firm-wide deal team, global capabilities and expertise, as well as the firm’s preeminent status for superbly executing outstanding cross-border and game-changing transactions.

The 2015 annual Top 50 Global M&A Dealmakers editorial list is announced at the Global Growth Agenda Intelligence Forum, held on March 31, 2014, New York. The list is published online following the announcement at the forum and awards gala.

Personalized certificate acknowledgements are presented to the dealmakers during the Global Growth Agenda Intelligence Forum held on March 31, 2015, New York.

Top 50 Global M&A Investment Bankers and Lawyers are eligible to acquire the coveted gold star designation on their on-line listing by participating and attending the Global Growth Agenda Forum and as nominees or winners at the M&A Atlas Awards Gala, held on March 31, 2015, New York.

Selection begins, first and foremost by evaluating firms with a demonstrable record for executing cross border transactions, team expertise and leadership as well as the firm’s preeminent status in the global marketplace.

From a narrowed list of firms, dealmakers are qualified based on their leadership role in closing outstanding cross border or transformational, game-changing transactions in 2014. Generally one dealmaker is included from a firm, and they must have been with the firm for over a year.

We also refer to the prestigious M&A Atlas Awards because over the years, the awards has honored the best value-generating deals and the associated dealmakers.

Getting reprints of our editorial feature is an excellent way to market your brand and global leadership position to your investors, clients and in the industry at large.

Featured dealmakers must obtain reprint rights permission for any related citations on their personal biography, press release, links, etc.
