Curt provides interim management and operational and financial advisory services to underperforming companies and companies in transition. His experience includes challenging CRO roles, interim management, refinancings, distressed acquisitions and in- and out-of court restructurings. Prior to joining SCP, Curt was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Katy Industries, Inc.
Curt and team at SCP won a few transactional awards including – Custom Alloy Corporation Sale of Assets to Trident Maritime Systems, in category “Industrials & Services Restructuring” along with Vyera Pharmaceuticals / Orpha Labs winning the “Subchapter V Restructuring” of the year honors during the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.
