Registrations are unique to the firm and non-transferable to another firm. Global M&A Network reserves the right to refuse if the payment is not received. Attire is business formal. Black-tie encouraged!

Cancellations and Substitutions: Delegate guest substitutes from the same firm must be notified in writing 3 days prior to the event. We regret there are no refunds on any cancellations. Credit: 75% of the paid fee is credited to the firm for any cancellations provided it has notified Global M&A Network (GM&AN) 14 days in advance. The issued credit can be used for attending any event scheduled within a year. (ii) Global M&A Network will offer a full refund only GM&AN cancels and does not reschedule the event within a year.

Awards Policy: Winners of the world’s most prestigious awards are officially announced and honored at the staged gala ceremony. Registered firms are awarded their prized winner trophy, obtain licensing rights, publicity materials, etc. Firms winning multiple deal awards (2 or more), must register the deal-team leader and/or members who worked on the award-winning deals to receive their trophy accolade. Trophy is presented at discretion of GM&AN based on the significance of the firm advisory role and award category. Firms cannot accept trophy on behalf of another firm.
