December 9th, 2025, VIP rate includes – Day Forum including breakfast, refreshments, etc.; (2) USA Middle Market M&A Atlas Awards gala dinner, staged ceremony, held in conjunction with the Global Markets program; (3) Prized customized winner trophy; (4) related promotional materials and licensing rights.
Kindly note, for firms or individuals winning at the Woman Awards and the M&A Atlas Awards, must register for each day ceremonies at the respective rates.

Dress Code: Business formal all day – necktie is required. Black tie encouraged for awards gala.
Cancellations and Substitutions: Any substitute is welcome from the firm and must be notified in writing 5 days prior. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing 30 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund/credit minus the processing fee of 15% of the paid registration fee. There are no refunds on cancellations received within 30 days of the event. Global M&A Network will offer refund only if it cancels the event indefinitely and does not schedule the event within a year. Registrations are unique to the firm and non-transferable. Global M&A Network will refuse admission if the payment is not received.
