Registrations: Are unique to the firm and non-transferable. Global M&A Network will refuse admission if the payment is not received.
Cancellations & Substitutions: Substitutes is welcome from the firm and must be notified in writing 5 days prior. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing 30 days prior to the event date to qualify for a refund or credit minus the processing fee of 15% of the paid registration fee. There are no refunds on cancellations received within 30 days of the event. Global M&A Network will offer refund only if it cancels the event indefinitely and does not schedule the event within a year.
Awards Policy: Winners of the world’s most prestigious awards are officially recognized at the staged trophy presentation ceremony. Firms winning multiple deal awards (2 or more), must register the deal-team leader and/or members who worked on the deals to receive their transactional trophy accolade. Trophy is presented at discretion of GM&AN based on the significance of the firm’s advisory role and award category. Firms cannot accept trophy for another firm. Nominee – winners have read and agree to awards and trophy presentation policies. Click for Policies.
