Singularly recognizes brilliant and exceptional young dealmakers from the North and South American private equity, growth investing, lending, M&A and restructuring transactional communities for their achievements, dedication, and talents for closing value creating transactions. Notably, this is a genuine “award” recognition since the winner is bestowed with their personalized, collectable trophy at the ceremony plus their profile is published online.
Award recipients must – (1) attend the recognition ceremony to accept their custom “Golden Rising Star” trophy; and (2) submit their bio, head-shot photo and Q&A for the “winner profile” published post the awards ceremony.

Prestige: “Once in a lifetime” recognition, validates the unique achievements of the individual dealmaker and serves as an acknowledgement of the firm-wide team expertise and capabilities. Unlike industry editorial write-ups, this is an award!
Eligibility & Selection: Highly competitive. Must be 40 years or younger in age (calendar year 2024/2025); worked at the firm for a full year + have 7+ years of industry experience, involved in transactions (calendar year 2024/2025). We have identifiable metrics for making the final decision per personal attributes. Generally, only one professional per firm is considered.
