David Acharya is a partner at AGI Partners LLC (“AGI”), where he is responsible for investment sourcing and performing due diligence, transacting/financing structuring, and post-close value creation and portfolio management. In addition, Mr. Acharya is very active in managing the firm and its strategy. Previously, Mr. Acharya was a vice president at Apprise Media, a private equity firm focused on niche media investments, where he worked with the founders of PRIMEDIA, a former KKR founded portfolio company. Prior to Mr. Acharya’s private equity investing career, he spent ten years as an investment banker in the highly ranked leveraged finance groups of JP Morgan Chase and Toronto Dominion Securities where he advised, structured, and raised over $18 billion of capital for leading financial sponsors, media, telecom, consumer product, and other various companies across the globe. Mr. Acharya also advised clients on debt tender/consent transactions that affected over $4 billion in debt. In addition, he was involved in numerous private equity investments as part of Toronto Dominion’s merchant banking investments.
In addition, Mr. Acharya is a frequent speaker and recognized by his peers for his expertise on topics such as private equity, family offices, and post-close value creation. He is the President of the board of directors for the ACG NY Chapter, the premier networking platform for middle-market deal making professionals.

Corey M. Baylor is a veteran Wall Street professional with a distinguished 25-year career in providing strategic advice, financing corporations and principal investing. At Star Mountain Capital, Mr. Baylor’s expertise will be focused towards working closely with direct and indirect portfolio companies to develop and structure add-on acquisition opportunities and strategic investments as well as helping to maximize value at exit. In addition, Mr. Baylor will work closely with privately owned companies and other institutional investors to develop proprietary investment opportunities that benefit from Star Mountain’s unique business model and network of relationships.
Mr. Baylor has an extensive career developing and executing transactions for private equity firms and corporations based on relationships and deal experience. Prior to joining Star Mountain, Mr. Baylor operated as an independent sponsor and advisor focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.

Bruce Eatroff is the Managing Partner of Halyard Capital, a lower middle market New York-based private equity firm with over $600 million of assets under management.
Co-founded in 2000 by Mr. Eatroff, Halyard focuses on investments in founder owned Technology-Enabled Services businesses including Digital Marketing, IT Services and Human Capital Management. Halyard invests $10-$40 million per company in both control and growth capital transactions. The typical company size is between $10 and $50 million of revenue and profitable.
Prior to founding Halyard, Bruce was an investment and merchant banker at Goldman Sachs, UBS and CIBC. Mr. Eatroff has an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Lafayette College.

Jones, Jr. is a partner and chair of the Health Care Transactions and Regulatory Practices and a member of the Leadership Team of the Health Sciences Department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. He has significant experience in nonprofit and for-profit health system affiliations, member substitutions and strategic transactions.
Samrat has 17 years of middle-market corporate finance advisory experience across the full spectrum of advisory assignments. He works with industrial technology companies, with a particular focus on those in the instrumentation & sensors, industrial software & informatics, automation & control, energy efficiency and water & environmental technology sectors.
Prior to joining Capstone Headwaters, Samrat was a senior banker in the M&A and Industrial Groups of both Duff & Phelps and Houlihan Lokey where he was responsible for covering and providing investment banking advisory services to companies in the Industrial and Environmental Technologies sectors. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he was an Associate at The Nassau Group, and began his investment banking career at Berenson Minella, a boutique M&A and restructuring advisory firm.
Samrat is also a Co-founder and Head of Strategy for Dreambox Emergence, which is a social enterprise focused on bringing the benefits of and access to 3D printing / additive manufacturing technologies to remote, underdeveloped communities globally.
Ms. Khan is a Partner at L Catterton focused on Latin America. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Khan was a Vice President at Sandler Capital Management where she focused on growth equity, leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to Sandler, Ms. Khan worked at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm where she focused on growth capital and leveraged buyouts in the retail and consumer product sectors.
Prior to Apax, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on corporate finance and M&A coverage of retail, media and technology companies based in both New York and Menlo Park.
Ms. Khan is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics. She received an M.B.A from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Stern is originating both sponsor and non-sponsor transactions in the Northeast region and is co-leading Monroe’s Specialty Finance vertical. Mr. Stern has an accomplished career with over 25 years in debt solution to middle market companies and expertise across multiple industries. Prior to Monroe, Mr. Stern was a Managing Director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners responsible for expanding the firm’s credit strategies platform. He was formerly a Director and founding member of KKR’s mezzanine debt business. Prior to KKR, Mr. Stern was a Managing Director at Blackstone/GSO Capital Partners responsible for senior and mezzanine investments.
He was also a co-founder of Technology Investment Management Corp. (NASDAQ– TICC), a BDC. Mr. Stern also worked for Nomura Securities, Thomas Weisel Partners, Kidder Peabody, and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. holds a B.A. degree from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
SCOTT A. WIELER
Scott Wieler is the Chairman of DCS Advisory and was one of the founders of Signal Hill in 2002. He has more than 35 years of investment banking experience with buyside and sell side clients and has orchestrated hundreds of processes extracting billions in transaction value for clients through M&A: divestitures, corporate restructurings, fairness opinions, and private placements.
Prior to his time at the firm, Scott co-led one of the premier media and communication practices on Wall Street in the 1990s – Alex. Brown, BT Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. Before joining Alex. Brown and its predecessor companies, he was Managing Director of BT Securities Corporation.
Scott holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School. He is a trustee of The Committee for Economic Development and The Sheridan Foundation, serves as the President of the Board of Trustees at The Gilman School and is a former Chair of the Wharton School Graduate Board.
