What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
Deal-making, specifically in the distressed space that I focus on, offers me the opportunity to help businesses work through challenging situations and emerge stronger. Having the opportunity to work in these complex situations, while getting to make a meaningful difference for clients, is what originally drew me to this space.
Tell us about your experience and what was different during the Covid-19?
Deal-making is a hands-on, personal industry. Transitioning to a digital process isn’t something many thought possible pre-covid. Finding creative ways, in real time, to assist clients was at first a challenge – but has now become a strength. Carrying these lessons forward will only make us more effective as dealmakers.
Recent most memorable deal I worked on....
The Bar Louie §363 sale – it secured a bright future for a Company (and its 2,000 employees) that was hit incredibly hard by covid-19 lockdowns.
